1.1.3 Compatibility matrix URLs
For IBM FileNet 5.2.0 up to 5.5.9 systems, you can dynamically generate up-to-date system requirement reports by using the IBM software product compatibility reports.

1. Using the URL
   https://www.ibm.com/software/reports/compatibility/softwareReqsForProduct.html
   Enter the search string FileNet Content Manager 5.5.9
2. Then select the version 5.5.9 from the dropdown (for compatibility with IBM Cloud Pak for Automation V20.0.0.1)

1. Select a subset of the Compatibility options (as required). We can select the Linux Operating system only, and the following server components:

• Configuration manager
  • Content platform engine
  • Content Platform Engine Bulk Import Tool
  • Content search services
  • FileNet deployment manager
  • Thick Client Process Designer

• For the containers we can select all the options:

• Content Platform Engine Container
  • Content search services container
• • Content Services GraphQL
  • Operator Container (Version 22.0.1)

• For the capabilities section we select All prerequisites:

• Databases
  • LDAP servers
  • Web browsers
  • Application servers
  • Java SDK

• And for the final All Supported services we can select:

• Runtime environment
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Security management
  • Identity management
  • Content sources
  • AccessibilitySample Page

• Then simply click the Submit command button to generate an example Compatibility Matrix report. The Operating system tab shows that RedHat Linux 8.6 is supported. Also, there is a link to the list of Linux additional library packages which are required (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/713759).

The pre-requisites tab of the Compatibility Matrix report has a table showing most releases of DB2 from 11.1 onwards are compatible with IBM FileNet Content Manager 5.5.9 as shown in Table 1.4 (though it should be noted that the EOL on the DB2 version may mean some of the earlier DB2 version components will not be fully supported):
